A face mask properly covering your NOSE AND MOUTH must be worn at all times while in our building. Anyone not wearing a face mask cannot be admitted into the office. MASKS WITH VALVES ARE NOT PERMITTED. (Learn why)
If you are feeling unwell in any way (including but not limited to, fever, cough, runny nose, abdominal pain or distress, joint pains, loss of taste or smell), please contact us to cancel and reschedule your appointment. You may cancel any time up to the time of your appointment without loss of your deposit. If we are not contacted before the scheduled appointment, our usual no-show policy remains in effect.
To minimize the number of people inside our office, please arrive promptly at your appointment time. If you are early, we request that you wait outside. If you are running late, please call the office so that we can make adjustments to see you and our other patients safely.
Please arrive alone, with any companions waiting outside. As an exception, we will admit ONE visitor brought for personal support during your procedure.
We accept contactless payments for fast, touch-free transactions. If you have not already done so, consider activating Apple or Android Pay on your phone prior to your arrival.
